As a Chartered Psychologist, I take an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I draw on my experience in a variety of different therapeutic models to best suit each individual’s needs. Additionally I am about to complete  accreditation in Cognitive Analytic Therapy.

Primarily using psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches, I aim to support clients to make sense of how their past may be impacting their present, in order to make meaningful changes for a more fulfilling life.

I offer both short-term solution focused therapy for specific issues and longer term open-ended therapy that facilitates a wider exploration of the dilemmas you may be facing. Therapy is tailored to your requirements.

I am an experienced Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).  I am also working towards accreditation as a Cognitive Analytic Therapist.

My early career started in the corporate world as a publicist, prior to choosing to pursue a different path. I subsequently completed a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at City, University of London. Areas of interest and expertise include relational difficulties, anxiety and depression, burn out, family conflict and eating difficulties. I work both in private practice and for the NHS within a specialist eating disorder service.

I offer a free initial telephone consultation for up to 20 minutes, so we can talk through your needs and whether I might be the right therapist for you. Please use the contact form I will be in touch with you within 48 hours.

All sessions are currently held online due to Covid-19 until further notice.
